Nano Hybrid Materials Research Laboratory (Prof : Jae-Han Jung)
We are conducting research that can contribute to the development of future semiconductor and energy device technologies through the development of nanomaterials with various functions and the realization of a new nanoarchitecture.
The main research in Nano Hybrid Materials Research Laboratory
1. Nanomaterials for Energy Devices
We can understand the characteristics of materials to be used in energy conversion and storage devices and develop new material technologies for energy devices through these researches. We are currently conducting research on nanoparticles to be used in fiber-based batteries and device structures and materials to be used in solar batteries.
2. Nanomaterials for Energy Devices
We can understand the characteristics of materials to be used in energy conversion and storage devices and develop new material technologies for energy devices through these researches. We are currently conducting research on nanoparticles to be used in fiber-based batteries and device structures and materials to be used in solar batteries.
3. Optoelectronics Nanomaterials
We can understand the properties of the nano particle, and through this, we can develop a single photon source that can be used for quantum communication and computing.
4. 3D Printing of Electronics
Using multifunctional organic-inorganic nanomaterials, we can develop a technology to print functional devices with a three-dimensional layered structure by laser irradiation.
