Research

우리 연구실은 박막 재료 및 박막 공정 연구를 기반으로 한 반도체 뉴메모리 소자 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 또한 나노미터 단위의 두께 조절이 가능한 원자층 증착법을 다양하게 응용하여, 세라믹·금속 분말 소재와 유 ·무기 하이브리드 소재의 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.
